The British Bank Awards are hosted by Smart Money People, a leading review platform dedicated to financial services, where members can review their experiences with us. During last year’s awards, we took home the title of ‘Best Building Society’ and ‘Best Building Society Savings Provider’. This year, our new accolade highlights our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience to our mortgage borrowers. Despite the volatile rate environment and the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, we’ve continued to offer competitive products and interest rates, maintaining a fair and balanced approach to both mortgages and savings.
