We had remarkable success at the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards where we took home not one but five national awards – including being named the eighth most inspiring workplace in the UK & Ireland. The awards were presented at a high profile ceremony in London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Inspiring Workplaces Awards are renowned for recognising innovative, forward-thinking organisations, and to be placed in the top 10 underscores our outstanding culture and dedication to being a great place to work.
The five awards we won were:
- 8th Most Inspiring Workplace in UK & Ireland
- Top 5 Medium Business in UK & Ireland
- Special Recognition Award - Best Employee Experience
- Special Recognition Award - Best Employee Voice
- Special Recognition Award - Best Culture & Purpose
