If your current Leek Building Society mortgage product is ending in the next 4 months, you have at least £1,000 outstanding on your balance and have a remaining term of 6 months or more, we will have written to you to invite you to switch to a new mortgage product.
Below you will find an explanation of your options on how to switch. Should you wish to apply online and you are eligible to do so, simply complete the details below to start the process.
If you apply online, we refer to this as Execution Only. Execution Only means that you choose the mortgage product yourself and that we do not give advice or assist you in your decision.
You should only use the Execution Only service if you are confident in your ability to choose a suitable mortgage product and to take responsibility for your decision.
As you will not receive advice, you will not benefit from an experienced Qualified Mortgage Adviser assessing the suitability of a mortgage product and the Society will not be responsible for your selection.

If you choose to proceed online, and you have a joint mortgage, when your instructions are received they will be accepted by the Society on behalf of all parties to your mortgage.
If you want to change any other aspect of your mortgage, you think your property value may have increased significantly or have any other queries, then please call 0808 169 6680. Our team are available to speak with you 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and can offer pre-booked appointments with a Qualified Mortgage Adviser being available 8am - 7pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturday.
When you submit your request online, we will send you an Offer of Variation which must be signed by all parties to the mortgage and returned to us by no later than the 25th of the month preceding the expiry date of your current mortgage product.
