  • Who Are Uinsure?

    Uinsure is a highly regarded insurance provider and has a 5 star ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rating as well as a 5 star Defaqto-rated home insurance policy. They deliver flexible, high quality home insurance and landlord cover, as well as excellent customer service.

  • What is a panel arrangement and how does it work?

    Uinsure’s insurance policies are backed by five of the UK’s leading insurers. This panel of insurers underwrite the cover and will each review your policy and the risks associated with it before presenting a price.

    This means the quote you’re offered will be the lowest priced option available from Uinsure’s panel of trusted insurers. And, because each of them would’ve bid for your custom on the same policy, it’s easy to see which one offers the best value. 

    They’ll also do this automatically each time your policy is due for renewal, so you always get Uinsure’s best available renewal price.


    Uinsure’s current home insurance panel members are:

    Ageas, Allianz, Covea, Integra and RSA

  • How can I pay for my policy?

    You can pay for your policy by making a one-off payment for the year or by making monthly instalments.

    Annual payments can be made by debit/credit card; alternatively monthly payments can be made by direct debit.

    Paying in monthly instalments will cost more than paying for the policy upfront in a single annual payment, as it’s supported by a credit agreement.

  • How do I make a change to my policy?

    For new Uinsure customers:

    Uinsure doesn't charge any adjustment fees to make a change to your policy. Simply contact the customer service team on  01538 712587 or freephone 0808 175 0981 (lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm) and they’ll be happy to help.

    For existing RSA customers:

    If you need to make an immediate change to your existing cover, you should contact RSA using the contact details contained in your policy booklet.

    RSA will make the change and, if relevant, will pass the information to Uinsure to make sure you get an accurate new home insurance quotation.

  • How do I cancel my cover?

    If you want to cancel your existing policy with RSA, you can contact them using the contact details contained in your policy booklet. You may be entitled to a refund of premium, provided that no claim has been made during the current insurance period.

  • How do I make a complaint?
