  • > Savings Assistant - Maternity Cover

    Employment type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    Job Purpose & Scope

    We require an individual to work as part of the Savings Department with responsibility for ensuring savings accounts, including digital accounts, are administered accurately, in a timely manner, are compliant and in line with the Society’s policies and procedures and service level agreements. All activities must be delivered whilst offering exceptional levels of service to customers, other departments and branches over the telephone or through written correspondence.

    This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to shape the role and play a crucial role in securing the Society during periods of disruption.

    The Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Manager is responsible for supporting the Society’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational resilience strategies and business continuity plans across the Society.
